Mila Sprouse, EdD, MSN, RN, CCRN, NE-BC, Dr. Sprouse is the current Vice President of Patient Care Services Critical Care at CHI St. Luke’s Health – Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston, TX. Dr. Sprouse has more than three decades of experience in critical care at the bedside, in education, in leadership and in healthcare administration. She also has extensive experience in hemodynamics, cardiac assist devices, and extra corporeal lung oxygenation. Dr. Sprouse is an active member of the American Association of Critical Care and a sought-after speaker in nursing care of critical care patients, leadership topics, and as a motivational speaker. She completed her doctoral degree in organizational leadership and healthcare administration in 2021 and holds a MS in Nursing.
